### Wen wir suchen

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines interkulturellen Teams aus Area Managern und Innendienstmitarbeiter:innen
  • Sie bauen den Bereich Export im Unternehmen und global strategisch weiter aus
  • Durch Ihre internationale Erfahrung kennen Sie bestehende
  • Märkte und erweitern diese im EMEA-Bereich
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Entwicklung neuer Verkaufsstrategien bereiten Ihnen keine Schwierigkeiten
  • Sie bringen Ihr Know-How im Bereich Export mit ein

### Was wir erwarten

  • Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit sowie internationale berufliche Erfahrung
  • Sie sprechen fließend Englisch, idealerweise noch eine weitere Fremdsprache
  • Sie haben erste Führungserfahrung sammeln können
  • Sie bringen technische Kenntnisse mit, idealerweise im Bereich Lüftungstechnik
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
