Ihre Rolle:

  • Steuerung und Abwicklung internationaler Seefracht-Exporte (FCL/LCL)
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei allen exportbezogenen Themen
  • Koordination von Transportabläufen mit Reedereien und Dienstleistern
  • Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Zolldokumenten
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Ausgangsrechnungen für nationale und internationale Partner
  • Klärung von Kundenreklamationen und Transportschäden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb zur Optimierung der Abläufe
  • Abstimmung mit globalen KWE-Standorten und Netzwerkpartnern

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Seefracht Export wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in Zoll- und außenwirtschaftlichen Bestimmungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängigen Speditionssystemen
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
