Express/Lube Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Maintenance and Repair:

• •Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
• •Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, and other complex mechanical problems.
• •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate repairs.

Customer Service:

• •Communicate with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of vehicle issues and required repairs.
• •Offer recommendations for additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
• •Ensure customer vehicles are repaired correctly and in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

• •Accurately complete repair orders, detailing work performed, parts used, and time spent on each repair.
• •Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
• •Report any additional vehicle issues or concerns to service advisors and management.

Team Collaboration:

• •Work closely with other service technicians, service advisors, and parts department to ensure a smooth and efficient service process.
• •Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with industry developments and dealership policies.
• •Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Compliance and Safety:

• •Follow all dealership and manufacturer policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• •Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to shop policies and regulations.
• •Properly dispose of hazardous materials and maintain compliance with environmental standards.

Requirements
