Express Lube Technician

SUMMARY

Subaru of Wichita is looking for motivated Express Technicians. Competitive pay with a very aggressive performance bonus structure to complement your pay plan. We work on over 1500 vehicles a month, and do not ever run out of work. 5-day work schedule with rotating Saturdays. If you are looking for a lot of hours and have little or no comebacks, we NEED you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles.
• •Conduct tire services, including rotations and installations.
• •Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues.
• •Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• •Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• •Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the shop.
• •Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.
• •Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• •Must have a Valid Driver’s License and a Clean driving record
• •Must have a great attitude and be willing to constantly learn
• •Previous experience in automotive repair or service is preferred but not required.
• •Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive diagnostics is a plus.
• •Must be customer-focused and constantly provide a high level of service
• •Must be able to pass a background check
• •Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in vehicle maintenance and repair.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING

• •$16.00 -$19.00 an hour
• •Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays
