Your Purpose as an Express Service Advisor:

• •Ensure a smooth and efficient customer service write-up process
• •Maintain constant, positive communication with customers throughout their service experience
• •Collaborate effectively with technicians and parts teams
• •Generate, track, review, and complete repair/work orders using multiple computer and web-based systems
• •Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and customer-pay labor dollars
• •Uphold all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
