Reports To:

Academic Coordinator / Principal

Job Purpose:

To deliver high-quality instruction in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum, fostering an engaging and challenging learning environment for students in the subject area of EY Co HRT.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lessons as per Cambridge International curriculum guidelines.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with Cambridge standards.

Track and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.

Create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that encourages inquiry-based learning.

Communicate regularly with parents and provide feedback on student performance.

Participate in school activities, events, and professional development sessions.

Ensure adherence to school policies and safeguarding practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject area or Education.

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory for teaching positions).

Experience in Cambridge International Curriculum (Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level) preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in an international school setting.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Cambridge curriculum framework.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to use technology for effective teaching and learning.

Collaborative and flexible attitude towards teaching and school activities.

Commitment to continuous professional development.
