F&B Manager | Chennai

Full-Time | 6 Days a Week

At JLL, we are shaping the future of real estate for a better world. We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric F&B Manager to lead food and beverage operations for a large corporate workplace environment in Chennai.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate food service delivery, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, operational excellence, food safety compliance, and high levels of employee satisfaction.

You will manage cafeteria operations, catering services, pantry management, vendor relationships, and workplace hospitality initiatives while driving service innovation and continuous improvement.

As a key stakeholder-facing leader, you will collaborate closely with clients, employees, and service partners to create engaging dining experiences, optimize service standards, and deliver best-in-class hospitality solutions aligned with business needs.

What this Job Involves

• •Lead day-to-day food & beverage operations across corporate dining and hospitality services.
• •Manage cafeteria, catering, pantry, vending, and workplace hospitality programs.
• •Drive employee satisfaction through enhanced food quality, menu planning, and service excellence.
• •Oversee vendor performance, contract management, and SLA compliance.
• •Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance requirements.
• •Manage operational budgets, cost controls, inventory, and consumption analytics.
• •Partner with stakeholders to deliver workplace events, executive catering, and special initiatives.
• •Drive sustainability, waste reduction, and continuous improvement programs.
• •Lead and develop on-site F&B teams to maintain high operational standards.

Key Skills & Experience

• •8-12+ years of experience in Corporate F&B Operations, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Food Service Management.
• •Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related discipline.
• •Strong experience managing large corporate cafeterias and multi-vendor food service operations.
• •Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and hygiene compliance.
• •Experience in vendor management, budgeting, cost optimization, and contract administration.
• •Strong stakeholder management and customer experience orientation.
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• •Ability to drive innovation, employee engagement, and service excellence initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• •HACCP / Food Safety Certification.
• •ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
• •Exposure to sustainability, waste management, and wellness-focused food programs.
• •Experience managing food services within large corporate campuses or business parks.
