Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im MORADA Hotel Isetal suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und erfahrenen F&B Manager (m/w/d).

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Food & Beverage Bereich (Restaurant, Bar, Bankett, Veranstaltungen)
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Ablaufs sowie hoher Service- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des F&B-Teams
  • Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung sowie Personaleinsatzsteuerung
  • Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Wareneinsatzoptimierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Einkauf und Hoteldirektion
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer gastronomischer Konzepte
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (HACCP)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im F&B-Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Führungskompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gastgebermentalität und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Organisationstalent
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Warenwirtschaft und betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
