  • 当社のFA戦略コンサルタントは、高度な自動化技術と現場ナレッジを活かし、設備導入だけでは解決できない顧客の経営課題に向き合うため、コンサルティング事業を立ち上げました。現在は、自動化構想に加えて、サプライチェーン改革や中長期経営戦略まで支援領域を広げています。

■ポジション概要

  • FA戦略コンサルタントとして、製造業を中心とするクライアントに対し、モノづくりの生産現場の変革を支援します。
  • 現地現物を重視し、工場や倉庫の現場調査、関係者へのヒアリング、データ分析を通じて課題の本質を特定。そのうえで、経営・事業の視点から中長期戦略、KPI、投資計画、スマートファクトリー構想、物流自動化構想を策定します。
  • さらに、構想を提案して終わるのではなく、業務・設備・ITシステムの要件定義、PoC、プロジェクトマネジメント、エンジニアリング部門との連携を通じて、フィジカルAIが現場で実際に稼働し、成果を生み出すところまで伴走します。
