  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Straßenbauer (w/m/d), Asphaltbauer (w/m/d) oder vergleichbar Praktisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit Fähigkeit, bei hohen Temperaturen und unterschiedlichen Witterungsbedingungen zu arbeiten Ausdauer für längere stehende, gehende und körperlich anspruchsvolle Tätigkeiten Handwerkliches Geschick und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns
  • Möglichkeit vom Bauhof in Dessau zur Baustelle zu fahren Kenntnisse über die Herstellung, Verarbeitung und den Einbau von Gussasphalt und Abdichtungsarbeiten Erfahrung in Betonsanierung wünschenswert Umgang mit Maschinen und Geräten (z. B. Asphaltkocher) Verständnis von Baustoffen, Temperaturen und Verarbeitungsvorschriften Kenntnisse der Qualitätskontrolle und Oberflächenbearbeitung
