Wir suchen ab dem 01.01.2027 für eine neu zu eröffnende KJP-Praxis in Mülheim einen Facharzt für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie (M/W/D) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Berufserfahrung wäre von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Förder- und Therapiepläne für Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen
  • Unterstützung bei der sozialen, emotionalen und kognitiven Entwicklung der Kinder
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Lehrkräften und interdisziplinären Teams zur optimalen Betreuung
  • Durchführung von assessmentspezifischen Aktivitäten zur Förderung der motorischen, sprachlichen und sozialen Fähigkeiten
  • Dokumentation der Fortschritte sowie Erstellung von Berichten für die Teamarbeit
  • Organisation und Teilnahme an Elterngesprächen sowie an Fortbildungen im pädagogischen Bereich
  • Nutzung von Computerkenntnissen zur Dokumentation, Planung und Kommunikation

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilpädagogin (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, idealerweise in inklusiven Settings oder therapeutischen Einrichtungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Empathie im Umgang mit Kindern und Eltern
  • Organisationstalent, um individuelle Förderpläne effizient zu koordinieren
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Computer-Software für Dokumentation und Planung
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung im pädagogischen Fachgebiet
