Deine Aufgaben:

  • Palliativmedizinische Versorgung unheilbar erkrankter Patienten (m/w/d) im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Ganzheitliche Schmerztherapie und Symptomkontrolle
  • Individuelle Begleitung von Patienten und Angehörigen (m/w/d)
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Teilnahme am geregelten ärztlichen Rufdienst

Dein Profil:

  • Facharzt (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Zusatzbezeichnung Palliativmedizin
  • Alternativ Bereitschaft zum Erwerb der Zusatzbezeichnung
  • Empathie, Geduld und Freude an der Palliativversorgung
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zum Rufdienst
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
