Wir suchen für ein inhabergeführten Labor in Wiesbaden einen Facharzt (m/w/d) für Laboratoriumsmedizin in Vollzeit. Eine moderne Labordiagnostik mit einem breiten Kundenspektrum wartet auf Sie.

  • Was diese Stelle besonders macht:
  • Bei unserem Kunden übernehmen Sie eine spannende Rolle in der Laboratoriumsmedizin- mit Raum für Eigenverantwortung, fachliche Weiterentwicklung und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit.
  • Facharzt Laboratoriumsmedizin (m/w/d)
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung und Überwachung der labormedizinischen Diagnostik in verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Beratung einsendender Ärzte und Interpretation sowie Freigabe von Laborbefunden
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und Optimierung der Laborprozesse
  • Anleitung und Schulung des Laborpersonals
  • Mitwirkung an neuen diagnostischen Verfahren und am Qualitätsmanagement

Ihr Profil:

  • Facharztanerkennung für Laboratoriumsmedizin oder kurz vor Abschluss der Facharztausbildung
  • Deutsche Approbation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse labordiagnostischer Verfahren und im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
