### Über uns

Unsere hausärztliche Praxis in Neu-Ulm besteht seit über 30 Jahren und ist fest in der Region etabliert. Aktuell entwickeln wir die Praxis gezielt weiter – mit klaren Strukturen, modernen Abläufen und einem wachsenden Fokus auf Prävention und langfristige Patientenbetreuung.

Ziel ist es, ein Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen, in dem hausärztliche Medizin planbar, strukturiert und qualitativ hochwertig ausgeübt werden kann.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche hausärztliche Versorgung von Patienten aller Altersgruppen
  • Betreuung von Familien und Kindern
  • Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung strukturierter Chronikerprogramme (DMP)
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Praxisabläufen und Versorgungskonzepten

### Ihr Profil

  • Facharzt (m/w/d) für Allgemeinmedizin oder Innere Medizin
  • Interesse an strukturierter, moderner hausärztlicher Versorgung
  • Freude an langfristiger Patientenbetreuung
  • Bereitschaft, sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Praxis einzubringen

### Wir bieten

  • Vollzeit oder Teilzeitstelle mit 20–25 Wochenstunden (verlässlich planbar)
  • Strukturierte Praxisabläufe und klare Organisation
