Ihre Aufgaben:
- Hausärztliche Versorgung und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten
- Durchführung von Hausbesuchen
- Teilnahme am ärztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Behandlungsverläufe
Ihr Profil:
- Facharzt (m/w/d) für Allgemeinmedizin oder Innere Medizin
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der ambulanten Versorgung
- Strukturiertes, verantwortungsvolles und selbstständiges Handeln
- Hohe Patientenorientierung und Empathie
