  • Im Großraum Köln suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Facharzt (m/w/d) für Arbeitsmedizin oder einen Betriebsarzt (m/w/d) in Festanstellung.
  • Wir von BS Menzel unterstützen Sie im gesamten Vermittlungsprozess.

Facharzt (m/w/d) Arbeitsmedizin Betriebsarzt (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Arbeitsmedizinische Betreuung der Beschäftigten sowie der Auszubildenden
  • Durchführung von Vorsorge - und Eignungsuntersuchungen , Impfungen
  • Beratung von Führungskräften , Mitarbeitenden und Interessenvertretungen in allen Fragen des Arbeits - und Gesundheitsschutzes
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung gesunder und sicherer Arbeitsbedingungen
  • Mitwirkung an Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und betrieblichem Wiedereingliederungsmanagement
  • Teilnahme an Begehungen und Sitzungen des Arbeitsschutzausschusses
  • Entwicklung von Präventions - und Gesundheitsförderungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Facharztanerkennung Arbeitsmedizin oder Zusatzbezeichnung Betriebsmedizin
  • Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus Arbeits - und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz , Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein , Zuverlässigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
