- * Ärztliche Aufnahme - und Entlassungsgespräche
- Erstellung von Therapieplänen sowie deren Überwachung
- Fachlich kompetente Betreuung und Beratung der Patienten
- Teilnahme und Mitwirken in interdisziplinären Konferenzen ****
**Ihr Profil: **
- * Facharzt (m/w/d)für Innere Medizin
- Erfahrungen im Rehabilitationswesen von Vorteil
- Starkes Interesse an der Rehabilitation
- Strukturiertes, empathisches und selbstständiges Handeln****
