## Facharzt Dermatologie mit Standortleitungsfunktion (m/w/d)

### Ambulante Dermatologie mit Dermatochirurgie, Ästhetik und Führungsverantwortung

Für eine modern aufgestellte dermatologische Praxis / MVZ-Struktur suchen wir einen Facharzt für Dermatologie (m/w/d) mit Verantwortung für die medizinische Leitung eines Standorts .

Die Position verbindet ein breites ambulantes dermatologisches Spektrum mit echter Führungs- und Gestaltungsperspektive. Gesucht wird eine fachlich starke Persönlichkeit, die neben klassischer Dermatologie und Dermatochirurgie auch Interesse an ästhetischer Dermatologie sowie an der aktiven Weiterentwicklung eines Standorts mitbringt.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Diagnostik und Therapie in der klassischen Dermatologie
  • Operative Eingriffe im Bereich der Dermatochirurgie
  • Durchführung lasergestützter Behandlungen
  • Beratung und Behandlung im Bereich der ästhetischen Dermatologie
  • Langfristige Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten inklusive Verlaufskontrollen und Therapieführung
  • Übernahme der medizinischen Leitung des Standorts einschließlich Teamführung und Mitwirkung an organisatorischer Weiterentwicklung und Standortoptimierung

## Ihr Profil

  • Facharzt für Haut- und Geschlechtskrankheiten / Dermatologie
  • Zusatzbezeichnung Allergologie oder Venerologie von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich ästhetische Dermatologie
  • Empathischer und professioneller Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe fachliche Kompetenz und Engagement
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und belastbare Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in leitender Funktion
