  • Freundlicher und sicherer Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Computer und Internent.

Deine Aufgabengebiete:

  • Die professionelle und persönliche Beratung unserer Kunden.
  • Verkauf von Fahrrädern, Teilen, Bekleidung und Zubehör.
  • Die Erstellung von Angeboten und die Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Bearbeiten von Reklamationen, Garantieabwicklungen und Leasingaufträgen.
  • Allgemeine Ladenarbeiten wie, aufräumen, Warenpräsentation, Produktpflege.
  • Einstellen anpassen der Kunden Fahrräder und montieren von Zubehör.
