Zur Verstärkung unserem Bereich Werkzeuge/Maschinen in Mindelheim besetzen wir ab sofort folgende Stelle:

Fachberatung Innendienst Türen und Tore (m/w/d)

Aufgabengebiet und Verantwortungsbereich

  • Gesamte Auftragsabwicklung über unser ERP-System D 365
  • Selbstständige Angebotskalkulation mit anschließender Angebotsverfolgung
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden sowie Lösung verschiedener Anforderungen und Problemstellungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Disposition und Bestandsmanagement eines festgelegten Sortiments
  • Führung von Lieferantengesprächen mit Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Sortiments- und Stammdatenpflege

Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gewerbliche Berufsausbildung
  • Grundkenntnisse im Produktbereich Werkzeuge wünschenswert
  • Eine verkaufs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und aufgeschlossenes Auftreten mit Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
