Wer wir sind

Wir bieten sowohl auf unserem Stammgelände in Mannheim-Vogelstang als auch in unseren Außenstellen vielfältige Hilfen zur Erziehung nach SGB 8 in ambulanter, teilstationärer und stationärer Form für Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien an.

Wir möchten jungen Menschen durch eine haltgebende verhaltenstherapeutische Pädagogik im Zusammenspiel mit einer systemisch lösungsorientierten Haltung zu einer selbstbestimmten und gleichberechtigten Teilhabe am Leben verhelfen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die personelle und inhaltliche Leitung der GTS- und SGA Teams

  • Fachberatung bezüglich aller Aufgaben und Angelegenheiten die Bereiche betreffend
  • Belegungsmanagement der SGA Gruppen
  • Gewährleistung der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Konzepte
  • Beratung und Einarbeitung der Teamleitungen
  • Mitarbeit im Leitungsteam der Einrichtung und in diversen Gremien
  • Kooperation mit der jeweiligen Schulleitung / KiTaleitung
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, sowie Schulveranstaltungen (Jour fixe, GLK, etc.)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendamt, Schule, Eltern, etc.

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit o.ä. Qualifikation
  • stabile Persönlichkeit, Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Professionalität
  • gute Ausdrucksform in Wort und Schrift
  • gerne mit Erfahrung in Personalführung
