  • Position: FACHEXPERTE GENEHMIGUNGSPLANUNG (M/W/D) DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL
  • Unterstützung der Netzausbauprojekte während der gesamten
  • Projektlaufzeit Planung und Begleitung bauvorbereitender Umwelt- und
  • Gehölzmaßnahmen Koordination und Qualitätssicherung von Gutachten
  • sowie Rodungs- und Gehölzmaßnahmen Abstimmung mit Behörden,
  • Gemeinden und ausführenden Unternehmen Erstellung von
  • Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Leistungsbeschreibungen Begleitung der
  • Umsetzung genehmigungskonformer Umweltmaßnahmen Unterstützung bei
  • der Dokumentation und Fortschrittsverfolgung, einschließlich
  • GIS-basierter Erfassung Verhandlungen mit Projektbeteiligten sowie
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Planung und Bau DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossenes Studium der Forstwirtschaft,
  • Forstwissenschaften, Arboristik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Schwerpunkt Umwelt/Forst Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von
  • Infrastruktur- oder Großbauprojekten Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen,
  • Leistungsverzeichnissen und Baustellenkoordination Kenntnisse in GIS
  • sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365 Kenntnisse der relevanten
  • Regelwerke (u. a. DIN 18920, ZTV-Baum, RAS-LP4) Führerschein Klasse B
  • sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und
