Im Interdisziplinären Notfallzentrum des KSB verbindest du Tempo mit Struktur und Fachkompetenz mit Teamarbeit. Jährlich betreuen wir über 65'000 Patientinnen und Patienten in akuten Situationen. Mit abgestimmten Prozessen und moderner Infrastruktur behältst du auch in komplexen Lagen den Überblick.

Werde Teil eines starken, lebendigen Notfallzentrums.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust zusammen mit dem diplomierten Pflegepersonal die Patientinnen und Patienten auf der Notfallstation und übernimmst auch mal Aufgaben der AGS-Lernenden.
  • Du betreust selbstständig Notfallpatienten und berätst sie sowie ihre Angehörigen.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für interdisziplinäre Anfragen und gestaltest mit deinem Team aktiv einen möglichst reibungslosen Notfallbetrieb inkl. hauswirtschaftlichen, logistischen und administrativen Aufgaben.

Ihr Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ und hast bereits Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital.
  • Du bist eine aufgestellte Person und willst dich weiterentwickeln.
  • Du bist selbstständig, flexibel, findest dich schnell in neuen Situationen zurecht und kannst gut auf unterschiedliche Menschen eingehen.
