Wir suchen für einen Kunden in Wiesloch mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Fertigung:

Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung an verschiedenen Stationen der Fertigungslinie, z.B. Luftprüfungen und der Endverpackung
  • Durchführung von Montagetätigkeiten in der Vormontage (u. a. Ultraschallmessrohre, Spulen, mechanische Messrohre)
  • Prüfen, Montieren und Verpacken der gefertigten Produkte nach definierten Vorgaben
  • Optische Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile und Baugruppen
  • Meldung von Abweichungen oder Störungen an die Prozessverantwortlichen
  • Unterstützung der Produktionsabläufe durch den sicheren Umgang mit einfachen PC-Anwendungen
  • Sorgfältige Einhaltung aller geltenden Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

## Qualifikation

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Wechselschichtsystem (Früh- und Spätschicht)
  • Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit für überwiegende Stehtätigkeiten (bis zu 8 Stunden täglich)
  • Fähigkeit zum sicheren Heben von Lasten (teilweise über 15 kg) unterstützt durch geeignete Transporthilfen
  • Ausgeprägtes feinmotorisches Geschick für präzise Montagearbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit interaktiven Bildschirmarbeitsplätzen, z. B. zur Bestätigung von Qualitätsstufen und zur Bedienung produktionsrelevanter Anweisungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, erforderlich zur sicheren Kommunikation, Dokumentation und Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und Struktur
