Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d). Als Spezialist für IT-Systeme, Netzwerke und moderne Bürotechnik unterstützt du unser Team bei der Installation, Betreuung und Wartung von Druck-, Kopier- und Dokumentenmanagement-Lösungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb bei unseren Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben…

  • Installation und Konfiguration von Druck- und Multifunktionssystemen im Kundennetzwerk
  • Administration von Fleet-, Cloud- und Dokumentenmanagement-Lösungen
  • Einrichtung und Betreuung von IT- und Netzwerkumgebungen
  • Technischer Support per Telefon, Fernwartung und vor Ort
  • Wartung, Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung an Hard- und Softwaresystemen
  • Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen bei unseren Kunden
  • Dokumentation von Service- und Supportvorgängen

Das bringst du mit…

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerken und Windows-Umgebungen
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Fehlersuche
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
