Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration - Netzwerk- und 



Sie unterstützen den Kunden mit folgenden Aufgaben:
 
* Installation von Hard und Software (inkl. Backup von Daten) 
* Support von gängigen Tools und Hardwarelösungen für Besprechungsräume 
* Bearbeitung von Requests-Incidents (Ticketsystem) 
* Break und Fix Services - klassische Reparaturen von Laptops, Desktops und Peripherie 
* Vorbereitung und Installation von Netzwerkkomponenten 
* Patchung von Netzwerkverbindungen 
* Unterstützung und Übernahme von Tätigkeiten im Projektumfeld (hohe regionale Reisebereitschaft)
KENNTNISSE
 
* Mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position 
* Erfahrung im Support von Anwendern bei technischen Störungen 
* Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows 10 
* Spaß an technischen Innovationen im Bereich Smartphone und Laptop 
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
