### Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Kundensupport und technische Betreuung
  • Betreuung von Arbeitsplatz- Peripheriegeräten
  • Hard- und Softwareinstallationen
  • Fehlerverfolgungen und -behebungen in der IT-Landschaft
  • Netzwerkmanagement

Ihr Profil:

  • Kundenorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
  • Zuverlässiges und systematisches Arbeiten
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweis
  • Betreuung der Windows Netzwerke bei unserem Kunden vor Ort bzw. via Fernwartung
  • Administration-, und Wartungsaufgaben sowie Auslieferung von Systemen und Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker/in oder Studium im Bereich der Informationstechnik , Informatik oder einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in: Netzwerkadministration, Management, Organisation, Hardware- und Softwareinstallationen
  • Kundenberatung/Betreuung, System, Anwender-Support
