Aufgaben:

Du konzipierst, administrierst und entwickelst unsere LAN-, WLAN- und WAN-Infrastruktur weiter
Du betreibst und optimierst unsere Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen (Azure, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V)
Du administrierst Active Directory und Azure AD, inkl. GPO, SSO, Conditional Access und MFA
Du betreust und optimierst unsere Citrix-Infrastruktur
Du überwachst und betreust unsere Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
Du stellst den sicheren Betrieb unserer IT-Security-Technologien sicher (Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Protection, Patch-Management, SOC, SIEM)
Du bearbeitest Service Requests und Incidents im 2nd Level
Du planst und steuerst das Hardware- und OS-Lifecycle-Management
Du setzt Automatisierungen ein (z. B. PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister
Du arbeitest aktiv in IT-Projekten mit, übernimmst Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation
Du nimmst an der SOC-Rufbereitschaft teil

Das bringst du mit:

Du hast eine geeignete Qualifikation im IT-Bereich
Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration hybrider IT-Infrastrukturen mit
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkarchitekturen (Routing, Switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Du hast Erfahrung mit Azure, Windows Server und Virtualisierung (VMware/Hyper-V)
Du nutzt Infrastructure as Code (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible) sicher
Du administrierst AD / Azure AD souverän
Du bringst Erfahrung im Betrieb von Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops mit
Du kennst moderne Backup-Tools (z. B. Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, Rubrik)
Du kennst dich im Bereich IT-Sicherheit gut aus (Zero Trust, Endpoint Security, Patch-Management)
Du arbeitest sicher mit ITIL-Prozessen und Ticketsystemen (ServiceNow, Jira, OTRS)
