Dabei helfen wir, als Systemhaus nicht nur von der Beratung bis zur Fertigstellung Ihrer Projekte, sondern können darüber hinaus auch die Betreuung Ihrer EDV-Systeme übernehmen. Mit mehr als 10 Mitarbeitern bieten wir Ihnen nicht nur schnellen telefonischen Support und Vor-Ort-Service, sondern können Ihnen auch Ihre benötigte Hardware liefern und diese bei Ihnen aufbauen und installieren.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort zur Festeinstellung in Vollzeit

### IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Betreuung der Netzwerktechnik
  • Betreuung von Telefonanlagen, Beratung zu Voice over IP Lösungen
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Cloud-Lösungen
  • Beratung zur IT-Security
  • Planung und Umstellung von Virtualisierungslösungen
  • Planung und Beratung im Bereich der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Betreuung der Soft- und Hardware
  • First-, Second- und Third-Level-Support

### IHR PROFIL

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker/in - Systemintegration sowie idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Aufgabenbereich

KENNTNISSE/FÄHIGKEITEN

  • gute Kenntnisse im Anwender-Support sowie der Kundenberatung
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Informations- und Computertechnik sowie im Bereich Konfigurieren
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Hard- und Softwareinstallation sowie im Bereich Softwareanalyse
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Systembetreuung, -administration, -verwaltung und -integration
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Netzwerkadministration, -management, -organisation

SOFTWAREKENNTNISSE

  • gute Kenntnisse im Betriebssystem Windows 11
  • gute Kenntnisse im Betriebssystem Windows Server 2022

MOBILITÄT

Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B (PKW) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> wünschenswert
