Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d)

Als unabhängige Systemberatung betreuen wir seit mehr als 20 Jahren Firmenkunden in den Bereichen EDV und Telekommunikation. In Kooperation mit unseren Kunden erstellen wir individuelle Bedarfs- und Kostenanalysen zur sinnvollen und zukunftsorientierten Optimierung der IT- und Telekommunikationssysteme.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Fachinformatiker Systemintegration in Vollzeit

Administration, Installation und Konfiguration von Serverumgebungen (Microsoft)

Administration virtueller Umgebungen

Administration von IT-Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Firewalls, Routern und Switchen)

First- und Second-Level-Support

Entstörung und Troubleshooting (Remote sowie direkt beim Kunden)

Umfassende Dokumentation des gesamten Aufgabenbereichs und Koordination der anstehenden Aufgaben

Was wir erwarten:

Fundiertes Fachwissen, vorzugsweise erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration

Erfahrung in der Netzwerkadministration und in der Administration von Windows-Systemen

Umfassende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Hyper-V und Active-Directory-Domaindiensten

Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von Computersystemen

Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Server 2019-2022

Grundkenntnisse SQL Server

Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung

Offene Kommunikation, freundlicher und kompetenter Umgang mit Kunden

Selbstständige lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Fließend Deutsch

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
