Die Ah computerbusiness GmbH wurde 1995 von Herrn Amberg und einen Partner gegründet, wir sind ein Systemhaus mit Mittelstandskunden sowie auch Privatkunden. Wir beschäftigen über 16 Mitarbeitende. Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf PC´s, Server sowie Telefonanlagen, Alarmanlagen, Zeiterfassung und vieles mehr, dass individuell auf den Kunden abgestimmt wird.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Fachinformatiker/in - Systemintegration (m/w/d)

Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit:

  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für alle IT-relevanten Fragestellungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Sie installieren und konfigurieren Client- und Serverkomponenten und sind für die Störungsanalyse und Behebung zuständig
  • Sie dokumentieren den Entstörungsprozess in einem Ticketsystem und eskalieren komplexe Störungen weiter an nachgelagerte Fachbereiche
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie kennen sich aus mit:
  • Betriebssystemen Windows Server & Clients (Win XP, Win 11)
  • Microsoft Exchange (OnPremise)
  • Microsoft 365 Onlinedienste
  • Netzwerktechnik (VLAN, Windows-Domänennetzwerke, Peer to Peer)
  • wünschenswert:
  • Linux (Ubuntu, Debian)
  • SIP
