Als Tochtergesellschaft der Tiptorro Ltd. betreuen wir Wettvermittlungsstellen in ganz Deutschland und sorgen dafür, dass ihre technischen Systeme einwandfrei funktionieren.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung telefonisch und per Chat
  • Installation von Soft- und Hardware (überwiegend remote)
  • Problemanalyse und Behebung
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-Systeme

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (einschließlich Wochenendarbeit)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
