Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für telefonische Anwenderanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Fehleranalyse und Instandsetzung von Notebooks und stationären Arbeitsplatzrechnern
  • Anlieferung neuer IT-Geräte an die Arbeitsplätze vor Ort sowie deren Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme
  • Eingrenzung technischer Störungen mithilfe der vorhandenen Fernwartungs- und Analysewerkzeuge
  • Softwareverteilung nach internen Vorgaben inklusive laufender Kontrolle von Regelkonformität und Aktualität der Programme
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Optimierung bestehender Abläufe durch eigene Ideen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes informationstechnisches Studium, idealerweise ergänzt durch IT-bezogene Fortbildungen
  • Mehrjährige Praxis und tiefgehendes Know-how im Umgang mit Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Scripting
  • Basiswissen im Bereich Netzwerktechnik
  • Solides Verständnis von PC-Komponenten und Hardware
  • Routine im Einsatz verschiedener Tools zur Systemanalyse und Fehlerdiagnose
  • Vertrautheit mit ITIL-Prinzipien und -Prozessen sowie Praxis in Organisationen, die nach diesem Framework arbeiten
  • Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
