Ihre Aufgaben

  • Professionelle Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen zu den Themen Remote Access, IoT und Security mittels Ticket, Mail oder/und Telefon
  • Lösen/Beratung zu technisch anspruchsvollen Projekten (Bestandskunden)
  • Nationaler und internationaler technischer Remote Support
  • Mitwirkung an interessanten nationalen/internationalen IT-Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Routing und Networking
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im IT-Support und -Administration
  • Hohes kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Niveauvolle Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch mit anspruchsvollen Kunden
  • Belastbarer, geduldiger Teamplayer mit analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Lösungsorientierung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
