JOBPROFIL 
 
* Austausch von defekten Geräten vor Ort 
* Reparatur und Wartung von Hardware (PC, Notebook, Mobile Devices, Drucker) 
* Ansprechpartner für die Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen bzw. im IT-Support bzw. IT Helpdesk 
* Erstellung von Serviceaufträgen, Wartungsberichten und Kostenvoranschlägen
KENNTNISSE
 
* Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Hersteller und deren Hardware 
* Idealerweise Kenntnisse im IT Support oder Helpdesk Support 
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse 
* Führerschein Klasse B
