Als Experten für IT-Personal und kaufmännische Fachkräfte im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung sowie im Dienstvertrag, unterstützen wir namhafte nationale und internationale IT-Unternehmen.

Im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung an unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) für den Standort Coesfeld.

Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) IT Support

JOBPROFIL - ID 11528

AUFGABEN

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software im laufenden Betrieb
  • Analyse, Eingrenzung und Behebung von IT-Störungen (remote sowie bei Bedarf vor Ort)
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Supportfällen im Ticketsystem
  • Weiterleitung bzw. Eskalation komplexerer Vorgänge an den zuständigen 2nd Level Support
  • Durchführung von Updates sowie Pflege von System- und Betriebsdokumentationen
  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei technischen Fragen und Problemen

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit der Software Vivendi sowie im Bereich Netzwerktechnik und Hardwarekomponenten
  • Praxis im IT-Support und in der strukturierten Ticketbearbeitung
  • Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse und im Troubleshooting von IT-Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse B (für Vor-Ort-Einsätze)
