Das erwartet dich im Job

  • Installation und Roll-out von Hard- und Software
  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote am Firmenstandort in Augsburg
  • Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets
  • Unterstützung bei der Administration von Windows-, Android- und iOS-Systemen

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Kommunikation und Dokumentation)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11, Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Intune
  • Selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Einsatz und Vergütung richten sich nach dem DGB/GVP-Tarifvertrag – als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration / Mitarbeiter IT Support Augsburg startest du je nach Qualifikation mit einem Stundenlohn ab 23,52€ mit Entwicklung auf 29,85€
  • Arbeitszeit: 40-Stunden-Woche
  • Langfristiger Einsatz mit Übernahmechance
  • Erreichbarkeit: mit ÖPNV bzw. PKW
  • Einsatz im Kundenbetrieb - KEIN HOMEOFFICE
