Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst Kund:innen im A1 Live Shop mittels digitaler Tools (Webcam, Chat) oder auch am Telefon zu Mobilfunk, Internet, TV und digitalen Lösungen
  • Du unterstützt bei Vertragsverlängerungen, Tarifwechseln, Neuverträgen und Zubehörverkauf
  • Du erklärst verständlich A1 Produkte, Apps und Services
  • Du sorgst mit deinem Lächeln für ein Top-Kundenerlebnis und trägst zum Erfolg deines A1 Live Shops bei

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und hilfst gerne weiter
  • Du bist digital affin und vermittelst dieses Know-how auch A1 Kund:innen
  • Du bringst Leidenschaft für Beratung und Verkauf mit - persönlich und telefonisch
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast mindestens einen Pflichtschulabschluss
  • Du bist lernbereit, offen für neue Verkaufstechniken und probierst gerne Neues aus
  • Du bist zeitlich flexibel und gerne während der Shop-Öffnungszeiten für Kund:innen da

Geboten wird

  • €2.606,14 brutto/Monat bei Vollzeit, nach 1. Jahr Unternehmenszugehörigkeit €3.017,57
  • A1 Top-Prämienmodell: Verdiene bis zu 30 % mehr pro Quartal, abhängig von deinem persönlichen Verkaufserfolg
