Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Versorgung von Patienten im Rahmen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Planung und Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung von wichtigen und hohen Qualitätsstandards und Behandlung in der Pflege
  • fachgerechte Umsetzung der ärztlich veranlassten Maßnahmen
  • vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für Patienten, Angehörige und Mitarbeiter
