Dienstort: Nußbach (HAIDLMAIR GmbH)

  • AUFGABEN:
  • Sicherstellung der hohen Verfügbarkeit und fachliche Verantwortung für den gesamten Bereich EDM
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Technologien im EDM-Bereich: Bearbeitungsstrategien,
  • Elektrodenkonzepte, Automatisierungspotentiale, Know-how-Transfer, Standardisierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CAM, AV und Fräsabteilung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Gestaltung und Organisation im Bereich Erodieren
  • Bedienung und Rüsten der Maschinen und Erstellung von Programmen (CAM/NC)
  • ANFORDERUNGEN:
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Draht- und Senkerodieren (OPS Ingersoll und Fanuc)
  • Sehr gutes Maschinenverständnis und Prozesswissen - idealerweise auch CAM- bzw.
  • NC-Programmierkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Offen für Weiterentwicklung und neue Technologien im Bereich EDM
  • Flexibel, belastbar, teamfähig, kommunikationsstark, verbindlich und verantwortungsvoll

Für diese Stelle gilt ein Mindestgehalt von € 3396,21 für 38,5 Stunden. Wir bieten Ihnen eine marktkonforme Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
