Wir suchen:

  • Fachkraft Betreutes Wohnen (m/w/d)
  • Ambulant Betreutes Wohnen, Kleve
  • 15 bis 19,5 Std./Woche, unbefristet, Einstieg: nächstmöglich

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Personenzentrierte Planung, Durchführung, Reflexion und Weiterentwicklung von Maßnahmen und Leistungen gemäß BEI\_NRW
  • Unterstützung von Menschen mit geistiger und/oder seelischer Behinderung in einer möglichst selbstständigen Lebensführung innerhalb und außerhalb der eigenen Wohnung
  • Förderung in den Bereichen Haushaltsführung, Gesundheitsfürsorge, Behördengänge, Freizeit usw.

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist: Sozialarbeiterin, Sozialpädagogin, Heilerziehungspflegerin, Kranken- und Gesundheitspflegerin, Altenpflegerin, Erzieherin, Ergotherapeutin, Heilpädagogin oder vergleichbare dreijährige Ausbildung.
  • Du stehst für Inklusion, bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du beherrschst die gängige Branchen-Software und hast Führerschein Klasse B
