Im Auftrag einer Senioreneinrichtung suchen wir nette Seniorenbetreuerinnen und -betreuer nach § 43b / 53b SGB XI (vormals § 87b und § 53c) oder vergleichbar bzw. Alltagsbegleiter/innen (m/w/d).

Die Anstellung kann sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit erfolgen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Individuelle Betreuung, Förderung und Motivation der Bewohner.
  • Beschäftigungsangebote in Form von z.B. Ausflügen oder
  • Spaziergängen individuell oder in Gruppe umsetzen.
  • Alltagsbegleitung beim Einkaufen, Arztbesuchen usw.
  • Kreative, liebevolle und Therapie fördernde Alltagsgestaltung
  • mit Blick auf die Anamnese (Musik, Basteln, Malen).
  • Führung der Dokumentation.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Betreuungskraft.
  • Idealerweise besitzen Sie bereits Erfahrungen in der Betreuung.
  • Sie bringen eine große Portion Empathie und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • mit.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind Ihre Stärken.
