  • Ganzheitliche Unterstützung: Du packst im Alltag mit an und unterstützt bei hauswirtschaftlichen sowie leichten pflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Eine ausgebildete pädagogische Fachkraft aus dem Bereich der Heilerziehungspflege oder mit einem vergleichbaren qualifizierten Berufs- oder Studienabschluss
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Assistenzbedarf mit und begegnest allen stets mit Respekt und auf Augenhöhe
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist verantwortungsvoll, empathisch und eigenständig
  • Mit deiner positiven Ausstrahlung und deinem Teamgeist machst du unseren Arbeitsalltag noch schöner
  • Die flexiblen Arbeitszeiten im Tagdienst passen zu deinem Leben. Unsere Schichten liegen im Zeitraum von 06:00 bis 22:00 Uhr
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kommunizierst auf allen Ebenen professionell, klar und zugewandt
