Qualifikationserfordernisse:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der interdisziplinären Frühförderung
  • oder
  • Abschluss Inklusive Elementarpädagogik oder Sonderkindergartenpädagogik

Wir sind:

  • eine Einrichtung, die Kinder und deren Familien vor allem über das BHG, in Einzelfällen auch über die KJH fördert und begleitet.
  • ein Team von derzeit sechs Frühförderinnen, dem Verlässlichkeit, wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung besonders wichtig sind.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Ganzheitliche Förderung von Kindern mit Beeinträchtigung, Begleitung der Familien, sowie die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen das Kind betreffenden Professionist:innen.

Das bieten wir:

  • Anstellung bei einem seit 2017 ISO-zertifizierten Träger, bei dem Qualität und Menschlichkeit im Vordergrund stehen.
  • Eine Erhöhung des Stundenausmaßes ist je nach Auslastung möglich.
  • Supervision einmal pro Quartal für berufliche Belange.
  • Supervision zweimal jährlich für private Belange möglich.
  • Gut ausgestatteter Mobilisationsraum/ Dunkel-Licht-Raum für ambulante Fördereinheiten
  • Nutzung des Therapieschwimmbeckens und des integrativen Erlebnisparks im Haupthaus der Mosaik GmbH für ambulante Fördereinheiten.
  • Laufende Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Teilnahme an kostenlosen Inhouse-Fortbildungen möglich.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Mosaik GmbH.

Das Bruttogehalt nach SWÖ-KV (VWG 8) beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis (= 37 Wochenstunden) je nach Vordienstzeiten zwischen € 3.348,90 und € 4.050,30.
