  • Beratung der Geschäftsführung, der Führungskräfte und der Beschäftigten der Stadtwerke Rheine-Unternehmensgruppe sowie der Technischen Betriebe Rheine in allen Fragen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes gemäß Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG)
  • Organisation und fachliche Begleitung der Sitzungen des Arbeitsschutzausschusses (ASA)
  • Durchführung sicherheitstechnischer Begehungen einschließlich Dokumentation sowie Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Bewertung der Ergebnisse und der Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen, inkl. der Organisation und Koordinierung sowie Betreuung des Online-Unterweisungstools
  • Ansprechpartner für die Berufsgenossenschaft sowie von Aufsichts- und Prüfbehörden und externen Dienstleistern
  • Steuerung, Planung und Überwachung von Baumaßnahmen sowie von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten für unsere Betriebsgebäude und technischen Einrichtungen am Standort Hafenbahn
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker oder Meister
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
  • Idealerweise zusätzliche Qualifikation als SiGeKo oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
