### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Arbeitssicherheitstechnische Betreuung und Beratung des Produktionsstandortes
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
  • Durchführung von Betriebs-, Sicherheits- und Arbeitsplatzbegehungen
  • Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Präventionsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei Arbeitsschutzausschusssitzungen (ASA) und weiteren sicherheitsrelevanten Abstimmungen
  • Überwachung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher, behördlicher sowie berufsgenossenschaftlicher Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsstandards

### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, idealerweise in einem Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Arbeitsschutz-, Unfallverhütungs- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Durchführung von Begehungen
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
