Für unsere Caritas Werkstätten im Kreis Ahrweiler an unserem Standort Sinzig suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als

Fachkraft für berufliche Bildung und Integration (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Vermittlung von Menschen mit Behinderung (Schwerpunkt psychische Beeinträchtigung) auf den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt
  • Netzwerkarbeit / Akquise von Kooperationspartnern und potenziellen Beschäftigungsgebern
  • Planung, Begleitung und Durchführung von Qualifizierungs- und Integrationsmaßnahmen sowie deren Dokumentation
  • Vorbereitung von Menschen mit Behinderung auf die Integration in den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt
  • Beratung von Betrieben hinsichtlich der Beschäftigung von Menschen mit Behinderung sowie individuell angepasster Arbeitsplatzgestaltung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung in einem Handwerks- oder Industrieberuf, idealerweise mit sonderpädagogischer Zusatzqualifikation (SPZ) bzw. als geprüfte Fachkraft für Arbeits- und Berufsförderung (gFAB), oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger, Arbeitserzieher oder Ergotherapeut (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Integration und Erwachsenenbildung oder mit Beruflichen Bildungssystemen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Unser Angebot:
