  • Die Gemeinschaft in Kehna begleitet ca. 40 Menschen in unterschiedlichen Wohnformen sowie etwa 60 Menschen im Rahmen der WfbM, teils als Betriebsintegrierte Beschäftigungsplätze.
  • Der im Konzept verankerte Gemeinschaftsgedanke beinhaltet den Fokus auf Teilhabe sowie den hohen Stellenwert der Selbstbestimmung und persönlichen Beziehung zu den begleiteten Menschen.

qualifizierte Fachkraft für die Nachtwache

  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Betreuung von Menschen mit Assistenzbedarf
