Fachkraft für Elektronikfertigung (m/w/d)

Wir sind ein mittelständisches Unternehmen mit 35 Jahren Erfahrung in der Industrieelektronik. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Bestückung von Leiterplatten sowie Fertigung elektronischer Baugruppen.

Ein gutes Betriebsklima, flache Hierarchien und langfristige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten sind für uns ebenso wichtig wie die technische Weiterentwicklung.

Drews Electronic ist ein verlässlicher Partner für Kunden und Zulieferer. Unsere Kunden schätzen unsere hohe Qualität, Flexibilität und Termintreue – vom Prototyp bis zur Serienfertigung.

Aufgaben:

  • Lesen und Umsetzung von Bestückungsplänen,
  • Bestückung von Leiterplatten aller Art,
  • Durchführung von Lötarbeiten,
  • Sichtkontrolle der bestückten Platinen,
  • Endmontage von Elektronikgeräten,
  • Durchführung von elektronischen Prüfungen Programmierung
  • Bedienung der Selektivlötanlage.

Qualifikation:

  • Erfolgreiche abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektronischen Bereich,
  • Kenntnisse im Löten,
  • Erfahrung in der Produktion,
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe,
  • Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit,
  • Feinmotorik und Fingerfertigkeit,
  • Gerne mit Erfahrung oder auch Berufsanfänger mit großer Motivation.
