## Stellenanzeige: Fachkraft für Fruchtsafttechnik (m/w/d)

Die Domäne Ostsee GmbH (vormals: Inselmühle Usedom GmbH) ist ein regional verwurzeltes Unternehmen auf der Insel Usedom mit Fokus auf hochwertige Produkte aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Fachkraft für Fruchtsafttechnik (m/w/d) bzw.  einen/eine  Fruchtsafttechniker/in .

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Verarbeitung von Obst zu Fruchtsäften und weiteren Getränken
  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Reinigung der Produktionsanlagen
  • Kontrolle der Produktqualität sowie Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Lebensmittelvorschriften (HACCP)
  • ggf. Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Dokumentation der Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Rezepturen und Produkten

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Fruchtsafttechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
